Junior Cricket Coaching
The junior cricket grades are coached by suitably qualified persons, so that these young players learn the skills of the game and the social aspects of being a member of a sporting team. All junior cricket players are encouraged to play in the highest grade possible so that they achieve their individual best and continue to develop as a player and as a person.
The major emphasis for coaches in junior cricket grades is for all players to have fun and to develop. Winning matches is a product of good coaching and is not the primary objective for Highfields & Districts Railway Bulldogs
